Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to shop with confidence. For that reason, we offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most orders with the following exceptions:
To return an item, simply repack the gift in its original packaging and send it to us. Please include your order number and/or the name that the item was ordered under or a copy of your confirmation email. Return shipping fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments
We understand the paramount need for quality in every sympathy gift order. Our gifts are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before shipment. If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us immediately in order for us to properly assist you. Please keep all cartons and packaging in the event that we need to initiate a claim with our shipper.

We strive for 100% accuracy on all orders that leave our warehouse. In the rare event that a mistake is made on an order you placed, please contact us no later than 4 days from the date the order is received so that we may correct the error as soon as possible.

In-stock gifts will ship within 48 hours from the time they are received when the order is placed on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
We ship all of our website orders via UPS or Canada Post from our location in Burnaby, BC, Canada. We offer standard Canada Post shipping options, which delivers to most locations in Canada within three (3) to seven (7) business days. If you are interested in a more prompt method of shipment, please contact us regarding additional shipping methods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. This will contain all your order information as well as your tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment online.
US and International Shipping Addresses
Shipping is currently available both domestically (to addresses in Canada) and internationally (to addresses in the United States and other foreign countries). In order for us to effectively provide you with the correct shipping information, it would be best if you contact us before we process your order.

On the order form, there are two sections for addresses - the "bill to address" is the address to which your credit card bill is sent to and "the ship to address" is the address that you want your sympathy gift to be delivered. If you do not provide us with a separate shipping address, the package will be delivered to the "bill to address".
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If the gift is returned, your credit card will be charged a $10.00 return fee.
UPS service does not allow us to ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you have entered a complete physical address. If you realize that your sympathy gift was shipped to the wrong address after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. If, however, your order has already entered our shipping system, we will be unable to assist you. In any such event, we will provide you with the Canpar contact number so that you can directly make the arrangements yourself.
Substitutions
Based on availability, Eternal Treasures may not be able to fulfill an order. If possible, we will try to backorder an item or offer you the opportunity to purchase a substitutional item. Our staff makes every attempt to ensure that the gift you select is available. Due to seasonal variations, product substitutions may be necessary from time to time, should the customer wish. This said, utmost care will be taken to ensure that any product substitutions are of the same value and quality as your original order.
Cancellation Policy
We require that all cancellations be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any order that is not cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a non-refundable handling fee and service charge equal to 15% of the total order. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping charges on any order that has actually been shipped prior to cancellation, as well as any return-shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
